How it works: In any given week if a player reaches one or more of the following accomplishments they will receive a $5.00 Player Performance Bonus.  Once that milestone has been reached, it will increase in difficulty and the Player Performance Bonus will double.  More than one player may achieve the same bonus per week.  The Bonus increase will only become effective the following week.
